Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry) has posted non-consolidated revenues of NT$91.67 billion (US$2.8 billion) for May, a drop of 2.9% on month and 11.2% on year. Company spokesperson Edmund Ding pointed out that May is the traditional slow season, and Foxconn's performance is still at an average level compared to its competitors.
With Apple launching its new iPhone and several new MacBook models expected in the second half of this year, market watchers expect Foxconn's revenue performance will start picking up after June.
